Cancellation Policy

1. Appointments & Cancellations All sessions must be scheduled in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session will result in forfeiture of your deposit. 2. Deposits & Payments A deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit is non-refundable if the session is canceled without proper notice. Full payment is expected on the day of the session unless otherwise agreed. 3. Equipment & Instruments Clients are responsible for any damage to studio equipment or instruments caused by their actions. Any damage will be assessed, and the client will be required to cover repair or replacement costs. 4. Studio Conduct Respect the space and all equipment. No smoking, illegal substances, or unsafe behavior in the studio. Food and drinks are allowed only in designated areas. 5. General Studio staff reserves the right to refuse service for inappropriate or unsafe behavior. By booking a session, you agree to comply with these policies.
